Return Policy

Each PLAYHEAD piece is made to order—created just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change of mind. That said, we stand behind what we make. If your item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing issue, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll provide a free replacement or issue a refund—no return required. A few quick notes: • Orders with incorrect size or color selections are not eligible for refunds or exchanges • Minor variations in print placement are normal and not considered defects • In rare cases of delivery issues, we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution If something isn’t right, reach out.
